At Party & Pals, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible for our customers while ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality services.

Character/Mascot Hire and Soft Play Hire

  • Cancellation 14 days or more before the event: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Children’s Party Supplies

  • Cancellation 14 days or more before the event: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your event up to 7 days before the original date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling less than 7 days before the event may incur a fee.

Special Circumstances

  • In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost.

  • Full Refund: If we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule your event at a mutually convenient time, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
  • Alternative Arrangements: If possible, we will offer alternative arrangements to ensure your event can still proceed smoothly.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel your booking. Our team will be available to discuss options and assist with any necessary arrangements.
