Mascot Outfit Hire Terms and Conditions

  1. Hire Agreement
  1. The hirer agrees to hire the mascot outfit for the agreed period and return it by the specified date.
  2. Strictly no smoking or vaping in the mascot outfit due to health and safety reason.
  1. Damage Deposit
  2. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required at the time of hire.
  3. The deposit will be refunded once the outfit is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be damage-free.
  1. Condition of Outfit
  2. The outfit must be returned in the same condition as it was hired.
  3. Any damage or excessive wear and tear may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
  1. Inspection
  2. The outfit will be inspected upon return.
  3. The hirer will be notified of any issues within 3 days of return, unless otherwise specified.
  1. Late Returns
  2. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  3. The hirer must inform Party & Pals in advance if they anticipate a delay in returning the outfit.
  1. Cancellation
  2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the hire period begins.
  3. Late cancellations may incur the full fee being charged.
  1. Liability
  2. Party & Pals are not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the use of the mascot outfit.
  3. The hirer assumes full responsibility for the outfit during the hire period.
  1. Payment
  2. Full payment, including the damage deposit, must be made at the time of hire.
  3. Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer.
