Mascot Outfit Hire Terms and Conditions
- Hire Agreement
- The hirer agrees to hire the mascot outfit for the agreed period and return it by the specified date.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping in the mascot outfit due to health and safety reason.
- Damage Deposit
- A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required at the time of hire.
- The deposit will be refunded once the outfit is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be damage-free.
- Condition of Outfit
- The outfit must be returned in the same condition as it was hired.
- Any damage or excessive wear and tear may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
- Inspection
- The outfit will be inspected upon return.
- The hirer will be notified of any issues within 3 days of return, unless otherwise specified.
- Late Returns
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- The hirer must inform Party & Pals in advance if they anticipate a delay in returning the outfit.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the hire period begins.
- Late cancellations may incur the full fee being charged.
- Liability
- Party & Pals are not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the use of the mascot outfit.
- The hirer assumes full responsibility for the outfit during the hire period.
- Payment
- Full payment, including the damage deposit, must be made at the time of hire.
- Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer.
